Quality policy and assurance plan
The guidelines and procedures stated in this quality plan have been established to ensure compliance and adherence to the principals of sound practice.
Inform the concerned authorities (PMC/Architect/Customer) well in advance about the site conditions required for the product in question.
Conduct Site Survey and submit the survey report to concerned authorities on a weekly basis.
Ensure site conditions are favourable as per the checklist before starting work on site. Draw attention of concerned authorities if needed.
Follow Method Statement and Milestones without any compromise.
On completion of work in any area conduct a joint survey with PMC and address any concerns.
We at Innovative Antares are duty bound to the safety of our personals working on the site.
We will provide all safety equipment such as approved safety shoes, safety helmets, and other necessary safety equipment as per requirements.
We follow all safety rules and measures which are in place and are modified from time to time.
Our safety representative attends all safety meetings regularly and escalates any safety issues that may come up.
1. Use a bench or worktable on which to cut a product. This will spare workmen’s back and knees.
2. Be sure tools are properly grounded and dry, and that a well-lit work area is available.
3. Use correct tools and equipment.
4. Always use the following:
• Ear protection
• Safety glasses and full-face shield (clear plastic)
• Long sleeve shirt or sleeve protectors
• Lightweight work gloves (light enough to use equipment and tough enough to protect)
• Steel toe safety shoes or boots
• Common sense.
